Information Packet & Schedule

The information packet should be available via the USBands website. This will have everything, including our campus layout listed. We have a non-traditional setup for our competition, so please read the packet thoroughly, and use our resources on this page. The schedule will be posted once it has been made available to us. It will also be provided to each ensemble director the day of the event. We want the day to be as smooth as possible for everyone!

Parking Guidance

Each year, our visitors have trouble navigating to our competition due to our vast campus layout. To further streamline, please follow our guidance:

Ensemble Bus Parking

All Buses transporting ensemble members and staff will be parking in the Leonardtown Middle School Bus Loop.

Please follow the signs and the directions from our staff.

Equipment Trailer Parking

All Band Trailers transporting ensemble Props and Equipment will be parking in the Leonardtown High School Bus Loop.

Band ensemble staff that are driving separately are not to park with the buses or the pit, there are limited spaces available.

Ensemble Food Pre Orders

To help ensembles get the needed food the day of the competition, we provide the ensembles the opportunity to pre order the meals for their ensemble. We will deliver them to you the day of the competition. Your order can include as many meals as you would like, including meals for students, staff, chaperones, and whoever else may be with you. We cannot deliver to multiple locations. All orders will be delivered together. 

THIS FORM IS TO ONLY BE FILLED OUT ONCE WITH THE TOTAL COUNTS FOR THE ENTIRE BAND/GROUP.
