We need your help!

Many volunteer positions have been posted for the 2025 Marching Band season! Each of the competitions we are traveling to needs a lot of support to be successful.

Please consider signing up to help this season! Many hands make less work.

To sign up you can do the following:

In the BoosterHub App: (Recommended)

• Navigate to the app.
• Make sure you are in the "Dashboard" screen.
• Tap the Volunteer icon on the top menu. It should look like a raised hand.
• A long list of opportunities will be populated.
• If you found a job that interests you
• To see more details, just tap on the option.
• To sign up, tap the blue "Volunteer" button on the top right of the item and fill in the needed information.

Signing Up from the Web:

• Navigate to the Calendar tab in the main menu.
• Select the event you are interested in volunteering for.
• All competitions are color-coded in Purple.
• Click the "View Volunteer Opportunities" button at the bottom of the event screen.
• Select and fill out the needed information to sign up.
