Chaperone
Plan to arrive about 30-60 minutes before the buses depart the school and stay with students during competitions. There are 32 large water bottles in 4 carriers. They need to be filled with ice and water from the LHS cafeteria. At the end of the event, the bottles need to be washed and returned before the next event. There will also be 3 igloo coolers that will need to be filled and placed on the trailer. When washing the top of the water bottles they will melt in the dishwasher.

Prop/Pit Crew (Start to Finish Support)
You will be asked to help pack/unpack the trailer. Also help setting up and removing the band equipment and props on/off the field.

Prop/Pit Crew (Support 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after field performance)
This crew meets at the competition field and assists for the period 30 minutes prior to our band taking the field until 30 minutes (or so) after they leave the field.

Will be needed at LHS while the students change into their uniforms to help if problems arise.

Uniform Washers Woodwinds #1 (10 uniforms)
Will take home the Woodwinds (10 hot pink name tags) uniforms after competition and wash/dry them. Will need to return them back to LHS on or before Thursday. The quicker returned the better.
